In addition, YMCA360 features video content available in livestream or on-demand - more than 2,000 pieces of content for spirit, mind, and body. It's all at your fingertips through the YMCA360 app, online at ymca360.org, and streaming through your smart TV.

why are we changing apps?
The YMCA360 app will offer a better member experience with more robust features. This app was created by Ys, for Ys, and is continually being updated and expanded.
After April 1, the Universal App will no longer be supported, and we will not update information there.
how do i access ymca360?
To log into YMCA360, you must have a valid email address associated with your YMCA membership. The first time you sign in, you will enter your zip code, select your home branch, and enter your email on file. Once you complete this step, you'll receive an email with a 6-digit passcode, which you enter to gain access.
I can't access YMCA360. What might be the issue?
Members must have a valid membership without any balance due to access YMCA360. If you have a balance on your account, you will need to clear it to regain access.
If you don't have an email associated with your membership, you will need to add/update that first. Stop by the Welcome Center or log into your account, choose Edit Profile, and enter an email address.
Every member on a membership unit must have their own email address to each use YMCA360.
i have my barcode already downloaded on the universal app. Will it still work?
Yes, if you previously downloaded your barcode on the Universal App, it will still work for check-in/entry after April 1.
how do i access check-in, schedules, messages, and activity tracking?
From the main menu of the app, tap the Y logo at the bottom center to access all these functions.
how do i connect a wearable to the app?
Click on "More" in the main app menu, click "Connect Device/Wearable,"and follow the steps from there.
Can I access YMCA360 if I'm not a member?
YMCA360 is a value-added benefit for Ymembers only. If you aren't a member, join online here.
