At our Y, you have dozens and dozens of choices for classes - everything from yoga and Pilates to Les Mills BODYPUMP and boot camp to cycling and dance and water fitness. Our certified instructors are here to ensure your safety and keep you motivated.    

All group exercise classes are included with your membership, so there's no extra cost to attend. We do not require reservations for any classes, and we have all the equipment you need to participate.
