Personal training is available for a fee for members only. No outside personal trainers are allowed to train clients at the Y. Purchase training sessions at the Welcome Center or online.

Unused personal training sessions expire one year after purchase.

Jo Ann Cave has lived in Navarre since 2001. She is at stay-at-home mom of 5, real estate agent, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. Her family has been active in the Y since before the construction of the Pullum Branch. She has served on the Advisory Council. After attending group fitness classes and body challenge sessions, she decided to obtain her certification to help others pursue health and wellness. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
