Staff Spotlight - Meet Hyon

Hyon Hamilton was born in Korea and has lived in has lived in Navarre since 1998. 

She has worked at our YMCA for about 22 years. She is a yoga and aerobics instructor. 

The most interesting thing about her job are the people who attend her classes. 

If she could be any animal, it would be an eagle so she could fly. 

What she really does at the Y is help people get and remain healthy.
