Exercising Together - Join the Body Challenge!

At the YMCA, we believe in the power of community, especially when it comes to fitness. Our small group training program, the Body Challenge, is designed to foster camaraderie while helping you achieve your health goals. Over the course of 90 days, you'll work closely with a small group of 4-8 members, guided by a dedicated personal trainer, meeting twice a week. This structured approach not only leads to proven results but also helps you develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Join Us for the Next Round!

The next round of the Body Challenge kicks off at the Betty J. Pullum YMCA this November with our 12 Days of Fitness program! Running from Thanksgiving until just before Christmas, this is the perfect opportunity to stay active during the busy holiday season.

With group sessions starting as early as 5:30 am and afternoon options available at 4 pm and 5 pm, you can choose the time that best fits your schedule. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to select your trainer based on their available session times, and stay with them and your group for the entire challenge.
