You may have set some new goals for yourself back in January and forgot about them...or you may still be going strong and reaching your goals.

This is a great time to revisit and possibly adjust your goals and resolutions.

Evaluate

    Take some time to assess how you're doing with the goals you set. What have you achieved, worked towards, or maybe fallen off track? Be honest with yourself and identify where you may need to refocus.

Are they still realistic and relevant?

    Life happens. You may need to adjust timelines, break it down into smaller goals action items. Flexibility and attainability are key to long-term success in habit building and achieving goals.

Celebrate small wins

      You don't need to wait until you have achieved a big goal to celebrate. Acknowledging the small victories (like taking the time to check in on your goals) can be motivating to keep moving forward and making progress.

Checking in and reflecting on your resolutions is a chance to recalibrate and recharge. It's a great opportunity to evaluate and adjust goals to set a foundation for the rest of the year. Remember to celebrate your wins and give yourself grace!
