This advanced technology helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.

Why Alcatraz AI Facial Authentication?

• Frictionless Access Control: You don’t need to fumble with your phone to check in. Facial Authentication is quick, efficient, and hassle-free. Once you're enrolled, a simple glance is all it takes to access a secured space.
• Unparalleled Security: Your face is your unique key. Facial Authentication ensures that only members can enter. Unlike QR codes that can be transferred or duplicated, your face is as unique as you are.
• Designed for Privacy: Your privacy is protected throughout the entire process. During enrollment, your facial scan turns into a digital profile and is immediately encrypted. No private information like images of your face, name, or any other personally identifiable information is exposed.
• Restricted Use for Secure Access Control: Your face is all that is needed to access the Y. Once your face is authenticated against the enrolled digital profile, the system passes your barcode exclusively to the YMCA's Access Control System, which then determines whether or not to grant you access to the facility. Your Digital Profile can neither be transferred nor used by any other system outside the Alcatraz platform.
