We offer indoor birthday pool parties year-round at this downtown Pensacola branch.
An indoor pool party at the Y is a great way to celebrate your child's birthday!
Children of all ages are welcome for parties. Swim test rules apply for youth under 13. Our slide is included for party time. Riders must be at least 48" tall and pass the swim test to ride.
Every participant will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival.
We require a minimum of two weeks' notice to book a party.
Available Times
- Pool parties are offered on Saturday or Sunday from 5:30-7:30 pm
- Setup allowed 30 minutes before start time.
- All participants must exit the building by 8 pm.
- Staff will confirm date is available after request is received.
What's Included
- Three dedicated staff throughout rental (including 2 certified lifeguards).
Party includes one hour of dedicated pool use and one hour in party room. Participants must clean party room under staff direction after use.
Capacity & Ages
- Total capacity of 50 includes all swimmers and parents/observers
- All ages welcome.
- Youth under 13 will be swim tested. Must have adult in water or wear Coast Guard-approved PFD if you don't pass.
Cost
- $300/members, $500 for community
- additional $75 for 3 staff
- plus $50 reservation fee to hold your spot (non-refundable if you cancel before party date)
