March Exercising Together

When starting a new exercise program it’s important that you make the time to get your exercise in each day. An easy way to accomplish this is by making that time a part of your daily routine. You can try putting reminders in your calendar and setting them up as an appointment. Make it a priority.

For those that get out early, at the Betty J Pullum YMCA, we have a great lineup starting at 4:30 pm.

  • Mondays we have Zumba.
  • Tuesdays we have BodyPump.
  • Wednesdays there is a combo class of Body Combat and CXWORX.
  • Thursdays is a full hour of Body Combat.

At the Betty J. Pullum YMCA, the Kidzone opens at 4pm so you can bring the kids along and they can play while you workout. Nothing completes a day like a great workout with your YMCA family.We offer over 50 classes each week to help build our healthy community. Find the right time for you. Stop by the front desk or go online and check out all of the Group Fitness classes we offer.
