Corporate Partnership Plan

Employee Health

Has your company considered the facts when it comes to wellness in the workplace?

  • 65% of U.S. adults are overweight or obese.
  • Obesity-related illness costs approximately $190.2 billion annually.
  • Medical costs decrease approximately $3.27 for each dollar a business spends on a wellness program
  • Wellness programs are the key to a demand management approach. Instead of running after the problem, why not focus on lifestyle changes, because 87.5% of health care claims are due to lifestyles!

A Strong Wellness Program

  • Reduces health care costs
  • Improves productivity and morale
  • Attracts and retains employees
  • Reduces employee absenteeism and turnover
  • Improves employer/employee relations
