The Body Challenge is a program guided by certified personal trainers. Members work in small groups of four to eight, meeting with a trainer weekly for a one-hour workout session. You are encouraged to add your own individual exercise – or arrange a workout with a member of your group – to supplement the Body Challenge sessions. Over the next few weeks, you’ll make great friends, learn new exercises, challenge yourself to attain new goals, and make regular exercise an important part of your life – all while enjoying the support of your fellow Y members.
