Healthy Kids Day

Healthy Kids Day, the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families, has served as a valuable branded touchpoint for YMCAs and their community members for the past 28 years.

At the Y, we know kids can achieve amazing things with the right support. Children who are healthy, happy and engaged are critical to successful and thriving communities. This past year has been challenging for many families, as parents and caregivers struggle to keep their kids engaged and active while navigating new school schedules, altered child care arrangements, and the stress of medical and economic uncertainty. Healthy Kids Day provides an essential service to our communities by connecting families with activities and resources to help their children stay healthy and resilient during these difficult times.

If you're reading this email on the morning of Saturday, May 1, you still have time to join us for Healthy Kids Day, which will happen today at both the Bear Levin Studer Y (1-3 pm)and the Pullum Y (2-3:30 pm). This event is free to members and the public.

Our Mission: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
