Hailey has been working with us for two years but has been with the Y all her life. Hailey can be found at the Y either doing homework or helping any department that needs help with side jobs that she is able to help with or in the pool teaching children how to swim.
- How long have you worked with the Y? Hailey has worked for the Y for two years.
- What is your role at the YMCA? Hailey started out as an Aquatic Assistant and then switched to teach swim lessons.
- What is the most interesting part of your job? The children, because they always put a smile on my face.
- If you could be an animal, what wouldyou be and why? A dolphin because they love to play, they are smart and can travel places.
- What you really do at the YMCA? Iteach children valuable skills about how to be safe in the water and how to be a better swimmer by cheering them on and coaching them.
