April - Exercising Together

Looking for a fun workout that is low impact, easy on your joints, and that will help you burn calories and tone your muscles? Then pick up your bathing suit and towel and come join us for a great time in the pool for Water Aerobics at the Bear Levin Studer Y. We have a class for everyone.

Join us for some of these great classes:

Mon/Wed/Fri at 9 a.m. for Deep Water Aerobics with Judie. This class will give you great range of motion without the impact of the bottom of the pool.

Mon/Wed/Fri at 2 p.m. for Water Fit with Lorrie. This class will build cardio endurance and balance in the water while making you laugh.

Tues/Thurs at 2 p.m. for Shallow Water Aerobics with Bridget. This class will help you tone your muscles and increase your flexibility and balance.

Tues/Thurs at 5:30 p.m. for Aqua Zumba with Meg. Join the party during this class as you dance your way through a great work out with low impact on your joints.
